Ongaku Society Moderators and Support Staff are governed by the following policies on distributing events and organization-related Press Releases:
1) Moderators may not distribute Press Releases without written/verbal approval from all mods.
2) Site Admins should update the official website prior to Moderators distributing Press Releases in other venues.
3) Moderators explicitly prohibit non-moderators from distributing Press Releases prior to 1) and 2).
Use of the name Ongaku Society in advertising and promotions without verbal or written consent from the OS Moderators is grounds for misrepresentation. Ongaku Society Moderators will employ everything at their displosal to ensure that such instances of misrepresentation are dealt with, and that the name Ongaku Society is used only in activities or events duly connected with the organizatioin.
