国際交流基金主催月例『日本語教育研究交流会』はフィリピンの日本研究および日本語教育の分野における発展を望み、また個人的に専門性を高めようとする人々の相互理解と連携を目指して、毎月開かれる交流の場です。
2007年のトップバッターはデラサール大学助教授、というよりフィリピン詩壇のホープで2004年度書籍大賞詩作品賞を受賞した詩集『始原の宴』の著者、ディナ・ローマ博士、2005年9月のレクチャーシリーズ初登場以来約1年半ぶりのカムバックです。国際交流基金フェローシッププログラムで研究滞在中の神戸大学から一時帰国中の再登場で、今回は「日本語および英語における俳句指導のアプローチ」について話してくださいます。日本語教育に文学をいかに取り入れるかという観点からも興味深いテーマです。
The JF, Manila Lecture Series is in pursuit of the Japan Foundation’s objective of enhancing mutual understanding through the promotion of human exchange among those who seek professional encouragement, and further development in the field of Japanese Studies and Japanese-Language Education in the Philippines.
Leading the speakers for 2007 is Dr. Dinah Roma - Sianturi, an assistant professor at the De La Salle University, Manila; she may be better known as the bright author of the poetic work - “A Feast of Origins” that was awarded by the Manila Critics’ Circle the “2004 National Book Award for Poetry”.
Having been a JFM Lecture Series resource person in September 2005, Dr. Roma – Sianturi will practically come back from Japan where she is currently doing research under the Japan Foundation’s Fellowship Program, to speak (as well as in other professional engagements) in the Lecture Series again! This time, she will give a lecture on the Teaching of Haiku, which is also interesting from the view point of Nihongo teachers who are wondering how to incorporate Literature into their Japanese class.
