anyway—back to your original question, we can accomodate PREFERRED MEMBERS based outside of the country, but the membership dues and merchandise prices will be in US$ and significantly higher than prices for locals (we have to make up for the shipping costs of sending your stuff). if you still want to be an OS PREFERRED MEMBER, send me a PM and we’ll make arrangements to process your application ^^v
Events are held twice a year with indeterminate gaps in between. However, as soon as plans are set for a new Ongaku event, announcements will be put up at the mailing list, the LJ community, the forums, and the website.
just because a band from overseas is coming here doesn’t mean we’ll be scrambling our asses off to hold a gig especially for them. they have to conform to the production schedule like everyone else—sign-ups, auditions, pre-gig meetings, and all.
