I have problem, I can’t fill up the application form here in my PC cause I don’t know how so I decided to print it instead and fill it up then scan it and send it to OS email address. But I’ve just noticed that our scanner has an error and I can’t scan it cause it’s not working properly…. Can I even register and get the membership at the same time in Nov. 17 event?

Ganda ng OS shirt kea lang wala bang ibang colors?
